Maine Red Claws has teamed with Make-A-Wish of Maine to create a spectacular night for fans and wish child Abbie, 10, from Limington.

Abbie and her family went to Disney for her wish and as an enhancement, she has been asked to be the honorary ball girl at the game this Thursday.

Even if you can't make it to the game on Thursday, pick up your phone and text the word WISH to 90999 to donate $5 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine.

Special Make-A-Wish tickets are available using the promo code WISH (all caps). Each ticket includes a $2 donation to Make-A-Wish and are available for $7/end zones, $12/corner courts, and $22/side center seats.

In May, there will be 10 walks held across the state to raise money and awareness for Make-A-Wish. This critical fundraiser is a fantastic way to get involved right in your neighborhood.

All event-day registrations (and check-in) begins one hour prior to the walk time.
